A Cambridge University student named Rahmat Ali came up with the name. The name is a combination of the many regions that make up Pakistan: P - The "P" is for Punjab. A - The "A" is for Afghania K - The "K" is for Kashmir S - The "S" is for Sindh TAN - The "TAN" is for Balochistan. BCE 3000 - The Indus Valley Civilization begins to form in Pakistan.                                                                                                     Mughal emperors Mughal emperors  ( Urdu :  مغل شہنشاہ ,  Persian :  شاهنشاهان هندوستان ,  romanized :  Shāhanshāhān-e-Hindustan ) were the supreme  heads of state  of the  Mughal Empire  on the  Indian subcontinent , mainly corresponding to the modern countries of  India ,  Pakistan ,  Afghanistan  and  Bangladesh .
